Blog posts are static HTML + posts.json index — no CMS, no database; agent creates files on request.
Status: Accepted
Context: Viral LinkedIn/Substack posts to republish. Default agent move: "let's add Contentful." Wrong tool for occasional founder publishing.
Decision: Static HTML pages in blog/ with posts.json for the index. No CMS, no database. User asks agent to create new post HTML files on demand. Occasionally embed external links; rewrite viral content on-site for SEO.
Consequences: New post = HTML file + posts.json entry. Editorial workflow is a conversation with the agent, not an admin UI.
