Roadmap priorities are public at /todo — votes and feedback inform what ships; agent links it from landing and portfolio.

Status: Accepted

Context: Taking WorkForce to free SaaS. Internal Notion roadmaps don't create accountability or signal. Building in public needs a surface.

Decision: /todo page with seed items, vote buttons, feedback form. Linked from DTD landing and portfolio. API at /api/todo.

Consequences: User ticks items; votes surface priority. Future: platform Supabase (ADR-011). Agent updates todo when scope changes.
