Agent rule
Meaningful change → update docs/CHANGELOG.md and/or docs/DECISIONS.md in the same session — no session notes; git is memory.
Status: Accepted
Context: Cursor agents start fresh each chat. Without a doc rule, decisions evaporate. This ADR is the memory system.
Decision: docs/CHANGELOG.md + docs/DECISIONS.md in repo. Cursor rules (docs-maintenance.mdc, project-conventions.mdc) instruct agent updates. No redundant session logs.
Consequences: Docs backfilled from git and transcripts. Changelog, ADRs, and social drafts stay in sync. Agent maintains institutional memory.
