Individual workshop pricing is ADR-024 (₹2,000 flat, 7 days). Founder fees cite ADR-013; institutional batch fees cite ADR-020. Individuals apply directly on /school/individual — not via founder or institute intake.
Status: Accepted
Context: Founder track (ADR-013) and institutional batches (ADR-020) require a sponsor or institute rep. Curious individuals need a low-friction entry to experience Cursor hands-on before committing to six months.
Decision:
- 7-day workshop — build and ship one real app with Cursor; small batch; remote-friendly
- ₹2,000 flat fee — deliberate low price to get people in the door; paid after acceptance, not on apply
- Direct applications — form fields: name, email, mobile, why they want to learn Cursor, what they have tried so far
- API:
/api/school-applyemails application via Resend; adds applicant to audience with sourceschool-individual-apply
Consequences: Page at /school/individual. Founder and institutional pages cross-link. Sitemap and llms.txt include individual track. Does not change ADR-013 or ADR-020 pricing or intake rules.
