Apex homepage (landing/index.html) leads with one offering — from “I don’t want the template” to a non-default life you can fund. First viewport: brand + offer + support line + Journey / Portfolio CTAs. Journey, Portfolio, School, and Writing are doors on that spine, not competing products. Status: Accepted
Context: Catalog-style homepage mixed School, CDL, ops, and Journey without a clear visitor promise. The unique offer is helping people leave the default and fund a non-default life; recognition is a byproduct, not the north star.
Decision: Promote draft 8 to live apex. Subdomains and paths deliver the spine; they do not replace it.
Consequences: Future homepage edits keep the offer in the first viewport. Do not restore a multi-product dashboard above the fold. Drafts 1–7 remain review archives on /bench.
