Context: Need a lead magnet and clear path from “one-person digital business” proof into coaching, build skill, and the 12-week studio — without overbuilding a dashboard or recorded course first.
Decision: Ship the playbook as HTML (print-to-PDF) first; attach Founder Ship Stack as the capability step; defer recorded course and solopreneur dashboard until demand shows.
Consequences: Agents extend chapters via solopreneur-journey/chapters.json + read/; keep subscribe source tag stable for CRM. Do not hard-server-gate the read URL (soft unlock is enough for v1).
