Agent rule
Park pursue-later sparks on owner /owner/ideas/ in Supabase owner_ideas via /api/todo?scope=ideas and actions ideas_create / ideas_convert / ideas_status / ideas_update / ideas_delete — no new Vercel function (Hobby cap). Convert paths are blog | commerce | service (status queued). Cursor /park-idea (.cursor/commands/park-idea.md + scripts/park-idea.js) captures an ongoing chat into owner_ideas. Cursor /checkin (.cursor/commands/checkin.md) brings queued ideas + pending thinking/todo + school blog cadence (config/school-blog-queue.json) back for work — not skills, and not school workshop live-feedback.
Status: Accepted
Context: Chat discussions (brand identity, commerce, services) need a place to land without becoming public roadmap noise or competing with School as the main bet.
Decision: Owner-gated Ideas desk with explicit convert buttons; seed dual-identity / physical-products idea in migration 025_owner_ideas.sql. Agents use /park-idea to capture and /checkin to resume.
Consequences: Apply migration before Ideas UI / park script work in production. Agents must not invent a parallel ideas API or auto-convert open ideas. School subdomain essays stay on school-site/blog/ with their own queue file (ADR-054) — do not mix into apex blog/posts.json.
