Agent rule
Planned school posts live in config/school-blog-queue.json (upcoming + shipped, default cadenceDays: 3). Owner Overview (/owner/) shows due/next from that file. /checkin must list school blog when cadence is due. New school essays ship under school-site/blog/ + school-site/blog/posts.json only — never apex /blog. No new Vercel function.
Status: Accepted
Context: School authority posts were planned in chat and then forgotten between workshops; Ideas desk is for open sparks, not a fixed editorial cadence.
Decision: Static JSON queue + owner card + checkin ritual. Optional later: Cursor Automation cron that opens /checkin — not required for v1.
Consequences: After each school post, prepend to shipped and remove from upcoming. Apex DTD essays still use /park-idea → Ideas → /checkin.
