ADR-055: Ship It Week dated funnel — Different Than Default

Dated Ship It Week funnel lives at school.differentthandefault.com/ship-it-15aug (closed page, minimal nav). Pricing + schedule in config/ship-it-week.json; Razorpay product ship-it-week via existing /api/school-apply?action=create-order|verify-payment. After pay: inline result → redirect /ship-it-15aug/success + Resend confirmation with schedule next steps. Do not add a new api/*.js. Early bird until earlyBirdUntil; then charge regularPriceInr.

Status: Accepted

Context: One-weekend cohort (2 hrs Sat + 2 hrs Sun) from Founder Ship Stack / Cursor Day 1–2 — separate URL from evergreen /2dayworkshop so dated scarcity + copy stay conversion-tight.

Decision: Ship It Week 15–16 Aug 2026 (Sat 4–6 pm · Sun 12–2 pm IST); early bird ₹1,999 until 12 Aug then ₹5,999; 20 seats; Tanuj named only in testimonial; motto “Ship it today.”

Consequences: Set batchWhatsappGroupUrl in config/ship-it-week.json when the group exists. Keep RAZORPAY_KEY_ID + RAZORPAY_KEY_SECRET + Resend env on Vercel.
