Agent rule
Dated school workshops (fixed calendar dates) are listed only on school-site/upcoming/index.html (/upcoming). Hub, evergreen workshop pages, and site footers link to /upcoming — not to individual dated URLs. When a weekend ends, remove its card from /upcoming only; do not hunt footers. Evergreen /2dayworkshop and /7dayworkshop stay always-open and may also appear on /upcoming under “Always open.”
Status: Accepted
Context: Hardcoding Ship It Week (or any dated cohort) across hub + every workshop footer goes stale after the event; easy to forget cleanup.
Decision: One upcoming index page is the maintenance surface. Sales funnels (/ship-it-15aug, /ship-it-15aug-b, …) remain their own URLs for ads/A-B; discovery from the rest of the school site goes through /upcoming.
Consequences: After each dated cohort, delete that card on /upcoming (HTML comment on the page reminds owners). Empty dated section → keep evergreen cards + “no dated weekends right now” copy if needed.
