Source of truth is config/future-of-work.json; regenerate with node scripts/sync-future-of-work.js. Analyse tasks before titles; label Job Transition Scores as editorial estimates; never invent labour statistics. Update canonical job pages in place (updated date) instead of spawning duplicate articles. Keep Career Design Lab as the institutional/philosophy playbook; FoW is the structured role map — cross-link, do not merge.

Context: Readers need “I am a ___ → what happens to my job and where can I go,” not another feed of AI headlines.
Decision: Data-driven static pages on the apex host; three primary paths on the hub; thesis + transitions + skills as connecting tissue.
Consequences: Agents edit JSON then sync. Sitemap/llms/social pick up published entries via sync-docs.js. Do not position FoW as sensational “AI will take 50% of jobs” content.
