Pitch The Loop as interconnected, nested growth loops — a growth operating system. Never as a stack of tools (CRM, campaigns, chatbot, SEO). Home and /loops/ carry this story (config/loop-types.json overview). Named loops are jobs inside that OS; inner loops (AI learning, creative testing, install feedback) are first-class.
Status: Accepted
Context: The catalog can look like a menu of features. The strategic claim is that every interaction is a measurable loop, loops nest, and the system gets smarter with every transaction, conversation, installation, creative, dealer, and customer.
Decision: Frame copy lives in the catalog overview, not a one-off HTML page. Headlines stay complete thoughts (ADR-072 chrome; no slogan pairs).
Consequences: New named loops should say what inner loop they contain, not only the outer job. Do not add a “products we install” list to Loop home.
